  • Presenting the short list and its findings to the principal in order to jointly decide on the process of appointment.

Marketing the Product’s Portfolio:

  • Develop plans on how to penetrate the markets with the proper tools and with the suitable partners
  • Follow-up on Brand building process against pre-determined list of KPI’s.

  • Present annual visibility and advertising promotion budgets in-line with sales forecasts.

  • Ensure prompt and on time payment of all due amounts.
  • Advise of shipments and dispatch of copy documents.
  • Follow-up on in-market activities and corresponding A&P expenditures.
  • Ensure that actual A/P expenditures are in line with budget approvals.
  • Planning and execution of branding initiatives alongwith expenditures to ensure approved activities and amounts are adhered to and avoid overspends and deviation from the desired objectives.
